I bought a car from AA Cars after looking on Facebook Marketplace, where I thankfully dodged many misrepresented cars that would have not given me the peace of mind & service that this company has. The car I bought sadly had a problem with the gearbox, but this was not their fault. It was not something that was obvious to me or my family either, who also looked at and drove the car. After a couple of days, I started to experience problems with the gearbox. I called Adam straight away, and he said that it did not sound right. He arranged for the car to be picked up from Poole, Dorset. After further investigation by the mechanics, it was confirmed that the cvt gearbox would need to be replaced, where it would need to be sent to specialist as it is a CVT gear box. This is not what I wanted to hear, but I can only give praise to the company, especially Adam. He communicated with me throughout the process and arranged for the gearbox to be replaced free of charge, I was also offered a full refund if I no longer wanted the car. This was all achieved in a timely manner even though the turn around time was out of their control. The car will also be returned to me in Poole with a 12-month RAC warranty. I am very happy with the peace of mind that I have received from buying a car from AA Cars. I would definitely recommend them to others, and I will definitely keep them in mind when looking for my next car.

His business mind set is what I like as well, "when I asked him to view the car he told me to hold as someone else booked to see it tomorrow. This was a unique experience for me, normally a car purchase is a pressured experience, but not with AA Car Sales, very easy to deal with, very helpful, and an excellent choice of finance choices, First Class.
