From start to finish my experience with AA CAR SALES was brilliant.
Adam was amazing,
I brought a new car for my 21st birthday present and I found the perfect car for me. I park exchanged my first car (Mini Cooper) and the exchange was great, I brought a VW Tiguan and we noticed prior to buying a few problems to which was relayed back to Adam and he was very informative and attentive and took my new car back and mended all the problems he even gave me a courtesy car to use while mine was in their garage. I revived my car back however noticed there was still some issues to which Adam apologised straight away and reassured me thought the whole process and took car back straight away without any fuss. I got my car back again and I have never been more happier with the outcome! Adam also added some time onto my warranty for the mishaps! Absolutely love the car and would highly Recommend anyone to this company! Will definitely be back for my next car in the future. Thank-you Adam

I bought a car from AA Cars after looking on Facebook Marketplace, where I thankfully dodged many misrepresented cars that would have not given me the peace of mind & service that this company has. The car I bought sadly had a problem with the gearbox, but this was not their fault. It was not something that was obvious to me or my family either, who also looked at and drove the car. After a couple of days, I started to experience problems with the gearbox. I called Adam straight away, and he said that it did not sound right. He arranged for the car to be picked up from Poole, Dorset.
After further investigation by the mechanics, it was confirmed that the cvt gearbox would need to be replaced, where it would need to be sent to specialist as it is a CVT gear box. This is not what I wanted to hear, but I can only give praise to the company, especially Adam. He communicated with me throughout the process and arranged for the gearbox to be replaced free of charge, I was also offered a full refund if I no longer wanted the car. This was all achieved in a timely manner even though the turn around time was out of their control. The car will also be returned to me in Poole with a 12-month RAC warranty. I am very happy with the peace of mind that I have received from buying a car from AA Cars. I would definitely recommend them to others, and I will definitely keep them in mind when looking for my next car.

Buying a used car is always a nervy process and it all boils down to trust and gut instinct. Having spoken with Jack (pre-sale) his demeanour was polite, courteous, straight forward and knowledgeable. My gut instinct was to place my trust and go ahead in buying a car I'd never seen. Not that seeing it would have made much difference, I am the tyre kicker type!

Everything Jack and/or Adam said, they delivered on and more. Even in post-sale they have been truly top-drawer. In a nutshell I'd be very surprised if they sold you a bad car. They've been nothing short, so far of a "Ronseal" moment....does what it says on the tin!

Quite possibly the easiest car purchase i have ever experienced! Adam was super helpful, and nothing was too
much bother....even when i had millions of questions! Seemless quick part exchange of my old car and straight
into a new one. Adam even had the Cambelt and water tank replaced for me before i purchased it, which was
amazing. I had had the car for two days and a warning light came on, i contacted Adam who arranged for the car
to go in that very same day and i was even given a courtesy car whilst the fault was fixed. Overall i felt the whole
team went above and beyond to help me, way better than my previous experiences of buying a car....they were
fantastic! I will be sending people their way.........

Awesome experience.

Was interested in a Merc that wife and I liked.
Jack could not be more accommodating in helping us.
He let us take the car for a test drive and told us to take our time.
No pressure at all, not ones did he say you have to have it.
So after sometime we brought it.

This company goes above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer.
Nothing is too much trouble.
We had an issue with the car, they not only covered the issue by paying for it, they organized the garage , near where we live , to make the repair. no drama, no issue just did it.
